Thank you for choosing Ink Craft Creative Design for your custom swag and merch needs. Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions, which apply to all purchases and orders.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective Items Only: We accept returns only for defective items that are unworn and unused. Defective products include manufacturing errors or damages incurred before delivery. Damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling are not considered defects.
  • Return Period: All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product. After this period, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • How to Return: If you believe your product is defective, please email us at hello@inkcraftdesign.com with your order details. If the return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items only.

Custom Orders

Deposit Policy

  • Final Sale: All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
  • Design Approval: Once you approve the design, no further changes can be made. Please review all details (including design, color, and sizing) carefully before giving your approval.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to initiate all custom orders. This deposit is non-refundable once production begins. If the order is canceled after approval but before production, Ink Craft Creative Design reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover incurred costs.
  • Production Delays & Modifications: Any changes to the design or order must be requested before approval. Changes made after approval may incur additional fees and delay the production timeline.

Production

Lead Time

  • Standard Lead Time: Production takes 5-7 business days from the date of design approval. Larger orders or additional customization may extend lead times.
  • Expedited Orders: We offer expedited production for an additional fee. Please contact us for availability.
  • Shipping Delays: Ink Craft Creative Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers. Once the order leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.

Limitations of Liability

  • Shipping and Delivery: We are not liable for damages or delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
  • Approval Responsibility: Ink Craft Creative Design is not responsible for mistakes or errors in custom designs once approved by the customer.
  • Product Use: We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury caused by the use or misuse of our products after delivery, unless the product was defective at the time of delivery.

Payment Terms

  • Full Payment Required for Release: The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the order is shipped or delivered. Orders will not be released until the payment is received in full.
  • Cancellation Policy: If a customer cancels the order after production has begun, the full deposit is forfeited, and additional costs for completed work may apply.

Dispute Resolution

  • We aim to resolve disputes quickly and fairly. In the event of a disagreement, please contact us at hello@inkcraftdesign.com so we can address your concerns.
  • Any disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions or purchases made from Ink Craft Creative Design will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

No Warranty Disclaimer

  • All artwork provided by the customer must be free of copyright infringement. Ink Craft Creative Design will not be held liable for the unauthorized use of copyrighted material.
  • Any custom artwork created or modified by our team remains the intellectual property of Ink Craft Creative Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.
